If your driver doesn’t show up for a confirmed trip, you can report a no-show during the review process to receive a refund. Here’s what to do in that situation:
How to report a no-show
1.
Locate the trip: After the scheduled pick-up time, go to
Trips in the 2-Nice Carpooling app or website.
2.
Leave a review: Tap the trip and select
Review your driver > My driver did not show up.
3.
Provide details: Share relevant information on the no-show to help us better understand the situation.
What happens after your report a no-show
Reporting a no-show triggers the following actions:

Your booking is disputed: Your booking will be marked as disputed, meaning the payment won’t be released to the driver.

We’ll contact the driver: Our Support Team will contact the driver to confirm the no-show and issue you with any necessary refunds.

If the no-show is confirmed:

You’ll receive a 100% refund, including the Booking fee as per our Driver No-show Policy.

The driver will receive a no-show review on their profile and may be suspended if there’s no valid reason for the no-show.

If we can’t confirm the no-show:

We’ll contact you to find a solution and resolve the issue.
Please look out for an email or push notification in our app from our Support Team when you report a no-show as we may need to follow up with you.
How to prevent no-shows
Here are some steps you can take to help prevent a no-show:

Confirm trip details: Communicate with your driver before the trip to confirm the pick-up location and time.

Stay accessible: Keep your phone handy during pick-up in case the driver needs to reach you.

Call the driver: If you can’t locate the driver at the pick-up point, try calling them using the number provided through 2-Nice Carpooling.
