1. Locate the trip: After the scheduled pick-up time, go to Trips in the 2-Nice Carpooling app or website.

2. Leave a review: Tap the trip and select Review your driver > My driver did not show up.

3. Provide details: Share relevant information on the no-show to help us better understand the situation.
